This little coat is so wonderfully made. I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened this little coat. It is made of dense material and your baby will not get wet from it at all. Lightning is good strong. This whole coat is so durable. It also makes it easy to keep up with the little one. It is true to size and fits very well. Just wonderful in every way.
