Highly recommend. I use these to protect my counters.I have placed hot,hot cast iron on these. I used these to prevent the cutting from sliding all over the place when chopping. I also use them for my handmade pottery so I don't chip the pottery when using on marble counter tops. I especially like that you just rinse off in sink when finished using and leave in dish rack or ontop of dish towel to dry. ( it does help if you shake off some of the water before you leave to dry. I like these so much,that I thought about using them as gifts.
