Review on iKnowMed by Paul Dahl

My favorite feature is being able to see my patient's progress in their chart through an app or website that's accessible anywhere I have internet access. The interface can be a little confusing, but we're working with our IT department to make changes so it will become easier to use. We've also noticed some lag time between when information is entered into the computer (i.e., labs results) and when they appear as part of your medical history within iKnowsmed. It would be helpful if this was more seamless. Some other features include the ability to view previous patient visits & appointments while you are waiting for new ones scheduled, which seems like a great way to reduce office wait times & maximize productivity!
