I love how easy it is to navigate through the platform. The service is incredibly fast, and they’re always willing to help. I like that it is integrated with our EMR, which makes patient documentation much easier. It's intuitive, and you can customize it to your needs. It doesn't have as many features as other software packages, but they are working on adding more at a fairly quick pace. The price point is also higher than what we were hoping for, so the benefits aren't quite worth it yet. My favorite feature is being able to see my patient's progress in their chart through an app or website that's accessible anywhere I have internet access. The interface can be a little confusing, but we're working with our IT department to make changes so it will become easier to use.
