I like that it is integrated with our EMR, which makes patient documentation much easier. It's intuitive, and you can customize it to your needs. It doesn't have as many features as other software packages, but they are working on adding more at a fairly quick pace. The price point is also higher than what we were hoping for, so the benefits aren't quite worth it yet. We have had some issues getting reports from outside systems into the system, although this is being worked on. For example, we would get an order for labs or scans in, but it didn't show up until after the fact. It has helped streamline our workflow by allowing us to quickly document patients' information.
