This review is for Honeywell #50183 Glen Alden Fan. Revain, pull yourself together and stop mixing all the brand reviews. Many of the reviews here clearly have nothing to do with this fan. For example, this fan is not remote controlled and does not have a small light base. Let's get to the fan review. Very easy to install if you know how to read and follow the instructions. If you can't walk and chew gum at the same time, instead of leaving bad reviews because you don't know what the hell you're doing, hire someone to install it. This is a 4 speed fan. The speed at altitude is very comfortable and provides a good breeze. The bubble base is a standard size, and the lightbulbs that come with the fan are in fact LEDs, not incandescent. Overall very satisfied and would recommend. Hopefully this fan will still be available when I need to replace both of my old fans, if not Honeywell at least.
