Excellent Kitchen Tool: Zester
My graters are old. They do well with cheese, but fail when it comes to citrus peels. This! I just used it for the first time; so far i am very happy with it. It comes with a protective sleeve so I don't have to rub myself when I'm rummaging through other stuff in the drawer. It's a bit difficult to get the shell off the shell (but most graters are). A good product
