I was impressed with this light as soon as I took it out of the box. It has a bit of weight to it and appears to be really solid. It seems like it is built to last too! I was on the fence about the heat-sinks on the back of each wing because they are plastic (not great material for a heatsink). Luckily, they are apparently only for rigidity and the functioning of the bulb itself.I took it out to my shop and screwed it in to a standard lightbulb fixture and then turned on the light. This thing is BRIGHT! even the darkest corners of my shop are well lit now. By adjusting the petals of the light, you can kind of regulate how much light goes where and really increase the light around your project or machinery. I would buy again and have already recommended these bulbs to friends.
