I am rewriting my review which was posted shortly after receiving this purchase in January 2016 - four years ago after this update - where I said. The depth, thickness, stability and dimensions of the hob itself, as well as the non-stick surface, are fine. I'm very glad I got this. Now 4 years later, after not using it that much after a while, and last year or so, I pulled the pan out to eat pancakes (for a change) and found the shape strong was deformed so that the top of the The right and bottom left corners touch the plate, but the opposite corners do not. So the pancake batter didn't really pile up in the center chute, but cooked unevenly. I'm not sure what to do with the wobbly pan other than toss it - or maybe I could paint it pink and use it as a vanity tray? Oh wait, the nonstick part is still perfect, so the paint probably won't stick. Oh shit.
