I rarely write reviews but I want you to know that this pillow is not only suitable for babies but also for adults with spinal canal stenosis. I searched, bought several pillows including specialty, children's and travel pillows to get a good night's sleep. I spared no expense but none of it helped my neck. I would wake up feeling stiff and sore in the neck or wrestle with a midnight pillow to make it "feel good". I woke up this morning feeling refreshed. My neck wasn't stiff!
