My biggest criticism is that the pole is smooth, there is no retaining ring. So if you have a completely flat tube and are trying to fill it, unless your stem sticks out even an inch from the rim, it's difficult to turn on the hose pump as it pushes the rod into the tire and rim, it is virtually impossible to fill, for example a 60mm stem will absolutely not work with my 55mm rim. It also makes refilling extremely difficult, I have a bike pump that has a great and tight seal, but I have to hold it with one hand because it detaches from the stem at over 50psi as there is no clutch that you can use one handed need to pump, and the other to hold the pump nozzle to the stem. I expect more from Continental.
