The ball is not held in the sling
Great concept but something is missing in the design. First, the clip is too small for a basketball hoop. Luckily I had a bigger one lying around. Second, after 20 swings, the ball went off the line. Ball back in which meant pulling the ladder out of the garage and after 2 more swings the ball came out again. I think it would have been a great coach if the ball stayed in the loop. Maybe I'll buy some sports tape and put it on the sling. Update: I just received an email from this company offering me a $25 gift card to retract my negative review.
