Exactly what I expected, the only downside I would say is that you can't access the top bold, here's my solution to that, You take a little and install it on the other side of the bolt and clamp the top cover between the nut and bolt. I usually prefer to have extra headset padding on my stem. Before installing the small cap, preload the headset and they snap onto the stem. Screws, now loosen the top cap to make it a little tighter and adjust the small cap to the desired position. Now if you want to remove the top cap, just twist the seal/cap and it will unscrew.
