Autofeed on this device is incredibly buggy. Here are the main problems with it: 1. Multifeed: This happens A LOT. The device predicts well, but recovers poorly from it. You need to restart the scan from the beginning and be careful because sometimes it will either lose your scan or add it to the previous scan when recovering from a multifeed.2. Paper crumbles: For some reason, many papers warp and then crumble very badly. The scan will of course fail, but what's worse, it becomes almost impossible to rescan the document since the original is now badly crumpled. The device often does not respond to the scan button, which is very frustrating. Sometimes it responds, but usually the scanner needs to be shut down and restarted. If your paper successfully passes through the automatic document feeder, you will be satisfied with the scanning result. I'd say if you scan a lot of heavier items (a lot of my bills that come in the mail look like this) you'll love this device. If, like me, most of your materials are medium-weight (e.g. printer paper, carbon paper), you may be out of luck. If you tend to scan even thinner paper (e.g. some receipts and other things) you will hate this device. Also, you'll have a lot better luck scanning things that have never been sewn before and never folded. I am personally very disappointed with this device.
