It appears to be well made and is a very good piece of equipment.
The cooker hood is powerful and quiet on the first 2 speeds, but kicks in on the 3rd speed. I can't imagine the need to use it in 3rd gear. I just installed it in the kitchen so I didn't have time to use it. I think it's well done and I like the idea that I can get in touch with a company representative in Seattle if needed.
