Review on π¨ Professional Metal Soldering Tool by David Blackstock
Suitable for small boards but not for every size.
This iron didn't deform like I expected from UT. There's no temperature control, so if that's what you're looking for, this isn't for you. If you're working on small PCB projects, this is fine. But if you work with a game console, computer circuit board or something small, this iron will not work. If you're working on boards for a drone, power bank or similar, you'll be fine. You must have it plugged in or it won't work at all.
Pros
- Lightly press the metal tip on the body of the soldering pen, then the LED will light up and you can start working. If the item is not used for 15 seconds, the LED indicator will turn off and the pen will automatically enter sleep mode.
