Recommended by the guys at Bimmerfest.com. I installed them on a 2009 BMW 650i (20,000 miles), braking is much softer than the factory pads but stopping distance is noticeably shorter. I didn't measure exactly, it's more of a perception. The brake dust is interesting, it is much finer than the OEM and much smaller. At the OEM, after a week of daily driving on the road, you can see a huge amount of brake dust on the wheels. With them you could go about 3-4 weeks before receiving the same amount. And because the dust is finer, it's easy to wash off with water. Update 3/2017: 4 years later and 45,000 miles later. I checked these pads for wear and decided it was time to replace them. However, they carry very little and the performance is top-notch. I'm not an aggressive driver, but I drive fast. But I expected these pads to carry a lot more but they don't. To be fair when I installed the pads I upgraded my rotors to perforated ones, I think this also helps increase stopping distance and pad performance.
