I'll use these to prep a dungeon before the session and pull out segments as the group explores (I'll take a picture after I've finished making it for referencing during the session). Right now I use the parchment side for areas with natural light and the white side for dark areas they need torches, dark vision, etc. to see in. I'll also use a smaller tile and drop it on top of a larger tile already on the table for a hidden trap door, ambush, etc. It provides for versatility in design and plays well. Also good for quick setup. The only drawback is some of the dry erase markers don't rub off as easily as others, requiring a lot of elbow grease to get them clean. I'm thinking of picking up the grass and cobblestone set but would enjoy having a greater variety of cutout objects included.
