Thought it would be better, but overall not bad.

This model, as follows from my history, has a significant percentage of marriage. This is evidenced by the fact that in the queue in front of me was a client with the same defect of the same model. Warranty Service is extremely problematic: they do not give a replacement device for long-term repairs. The repair itself is a long wait, without much hope that it will be completed within the set 45 days. What should I do if after 45 days the device is still not repaired or replaced, and the money for the defective product is not returned? Is it worth it to buy Xiaomi smartphones with such a service from this company?

Excellent device, while it worked, it's 3 months.

Cons

Stopped turning on after 3 months. At all. I took it to the Service Center of Mixtech LLC, St. Petersburg, Hong Kongsky Prospekt, 7. A man with the same problem and the same smartphone stood in front of me in a long line for warranty repairs (the smartphone fell asleep forever). They gave me a paper about the acceptance of the smartphone, but neither I nor the client with the same problem was given a replacement device, which is a violation of Consumer Rights. From the receipt it follows that the repair is from 7 to 45 days. 40 days have passed, the answers of the Service Center - there are no spare parts (spare parts) for repair.
