I've only used this product once and it worked so can't comment on durability but at least it's not terrible. Installation was easy, although the instructions aren't very good. However, written instructions will always be insufficient for such work. Do yourself a favor, find a YouTube video and follow it. The standout feature of this product is that the wires were quite long. The cable from the driver to the passenger was about 12 inches too long, and the cable to the battery was about 24 inches too long. This allows you to route the wires differently if you wish, which can be handy for some people.
