Review on HEALIOS UNFLAVORED Oral Health and Dietary Supplement: 10.93 Ounces of Naturally Sourced L-Glutamine Trehalose L-Arginine in Powder Form by Ashley Chaney

I bought this product to protect the lining of my throat and mouth for a friend who is starting chemotherapy. The taste of orange is quite pleasant (this also happens with grapes, but we haven't tried it yet). So far he has had no problems with mouth and throat ulcers, but he has only had 2 chemotherapy sessions. It also appears to help the lining of the rest of the digestive tract. One night he missed a Healios mission - the next day he was bleeding again in the toilet due to damage from an intestinal tumour. The next night he made sure he drank Healios and the next day there was no blood. Since then he hasn't missed a day and he hasn't had any problems with blood. The timing may just be coincidence, or the L-Glutamine in Healios may actually treat tissues irritated by this aggressive cancer. We won't risk it - he drinks it every night.
