I have now replaced all four power windows in my 2002 Jeep GC with Dorman products. I am very satisfied with Dorman replacement regulators and with Dorman products in general. The only disappointment with this setup was that a bend in the motor wiring contacted the mechanism when lowering, causing a double hit as the window reached the bottom of its travel. I had to remove the door panel and use a zip tie to keep it out. Otherwise no problem. TIP 1: Use clear tape (from Costco) to hold fallen windows in place until you receive and install a new regulator. Holding the glass all the way up, wrap the tape from a few inches on the outside above the door frame to a few inches below the top on the inside. When you're done, use lighter fluid to remove the remaining tape. TIP 2: Purchase a (cheap) Revain door panel hardware kit and replace anything that is missing or damaged. Any time you remove a door panel, you'll need at least a few.
