I bought this item with the Porsche brand already installed. When I received the scanner I had a number to call if I had any problems with the scanner. After hooking up the scanner to my 2003 C4S, I found that it didn't read the actual values specified by the manufacturer. Ok ok the problem should be easy enough to solve, maybe I just need to reload the software. How wrong was I! So I called the number provided, called the guy and explained my problem. "Oh it looks like a software problem, I don't know what to tell you. You'll have to contact the manufacturer." No problem. However, the only contact with the manufacturer is either via chat or email with the China-based company. Over the next few weeks, I emailed and tried multiple times to contact Foxwell .NEVER HEARD ANYTHING This is my newest Foxwell product.
