The product is easy to use. It took me a while to figure out how to use it (I had drawers and doors to attach handles). Once I was familiar with the operation, the installation process was a breeze. Now it's one of my favorite instruments. A few tips: 1) Practice assembling and setting up the unit before attempting to use it on your cabinets. 2) Protect the surfaces that come in contact with the tool to avoid scratches. I used painter's tape on the top of the drawers and doors and it not only helped protect but also speeded up the process. 3) Make sure the screws are tight before use. 4) Double check your measurements or hole locations before drilling. One way to do this is to put masking tape on the approximate location of the hole and mark the location with a pen/marker and then confirm the measurements. You only have to do this for the first of the same or mirrored doors and drawers.
