This lamp cured my gel base coat, gel base coat and regular polish mix and then the top coat in 30 seconds per coat BUT the 30 second setting only took 18 seconds the 60 second Setting just over 30, I had to count or set an alarm on my phone. The first time I felt a strong burning sensation in the fingers under the nail, hot enough to pull the fingers out and slowly reinsert them - no burning the second time. ALCOHOL . Do not touch until the last layer is dry and wiped off. Make sure you actually have "gel polish" in a solid bottle and read the instructions (or watch a short YouTube video) if you're new to gel polish. This lamp is designed to work on all angles of the nails - many lamps do not dry/treat the sides of the pinky and thumb, but this lamp has lamps set low enough to dry the entire pinky and thumb nail to heal. And there's plenty of room for the whole arm without touching the sides! My favorite lamp so far. Bought to replace a good but short lived Sensationail lamp. So far so good.
