Media could not be loaded. Some mixed opinions on this. I needed a printer, my eBay business has recently started booking and printing 40 labels a weekend is not economical for ink. But almost all printers are either very expensive or made by brands no one has heard of. I went with the cheap one, but I went with this extra cheap one because it didn't mention that your computer was bluescreening. This is a common issue when you look at some of the others in this price range. Sad story because my computer gave me a blue screen while waiting for the auction to end. terrible time. But the blue screen is very easy to fix. You just have to download the software from their website instead of using the drivers on a USB stick. One download and then I was set up and everything worked perfectly. Again, if you're using the USB drivers and your computer is up to date, you'll get a blue screen of death. Get the software from the company's website and you're done. In the end, I decided that a short-term software issue wasn't affecting performance. It's cheap, seems reliable, I'm very glad I saved money and time on ink.
