I bought this for my dad's bathroom. We are renovating his house and we are doing a lot of work while we renovate. He needed new faucets because they were original to the house and in dire need of replacement. Super easy to install! All you have to do is stick it in the holes, crawl under the sink and tighten everything! I would of course recommend water tape! It looks great and my dad is grateful for the extra room to put his hands under (the old one was one of those very low faucets that didn't leave much room for a grown man's hands). My only complaint is that it was packaged terribly! Luckily it didn't look like it was damaged or anything, but still! 1. The box looked like it had been opened and crushed. 2. The only protection in the box was a plastic sleeve. 3. I thought I was missing parts until I looked at the very poor installation guide. Nothing is really missing, so thanks for that. All in all, I think it's great value for money!
