Review on Picardata by Tim Beardsley

This is an excellent tool for gathering customer information from different sources into one dashboard that can be easily browsed to make quick decisions! I love how easy it is to navigate through this software - it's like getting lost at Disneyland! There are some areas of improvement such as making it easier to use/learn but they are working hard towards solving them so keep up the good work! We have been able to gather data about our customers and create profiles which has led us to develop new ways to interact and market to them more effectively than before. I like that it is so easy to access my information from anywhere via mobile devices. Also very helpful for large companies who have too much customer info to keep track of. The only thing I would say is that sometimes when you try to use it on a different device or computer, the software doesn't always work right away. So make sure if something isn't working properly, just close out and start over again. We are solving our problems by keeping our customers up-to-date about their account balances.
