This is just a worthy collection of everything for the homeowner. It is not intended for professionals and is not designed for really heavy tools. Small? Well, read the description! Mostly 14 x 7 x 7. I had no problem opening small compartments. Mine seems to be closed. I suppose if you had something heavy they would pop open when you flip the lid. My bolt stays closed too. Maybe if I had really heavy stuff when I lift it it would open up. The hinge is plastic, but it seems to do the job. If the video is still in the list, you can watch it and see the loops. The only thing that makes me doubt is the shape of the tray. It is shaped like an hourglass or a dog bone. It tapers down the middle for no apparent reason. This serves no other purpose than to make the tray even smaller!? Each width tool is difficult to push down. Say a wide pair of pliers or a crimping tool. So yes, you get what you pay for. I bought mine on sale and wouldn't pay the 'normal' price I'm seeing now!
