tanned after some use

This product almost burned my house down. We had a small, low-power LED spotlight connected to this splitter for the holidays. Luckily, I was home when I smelled burning from the front porch—that splinter had melted into my porch concrete. Now we need an electrician to make sure nothing else got damaged, and we need to repaint that huge charred portion of the porch where this thing self-destructed. Thank goodness no one was hurt.
