Very easy to assemble. However. Unfortunately it doesn't serve as a storage place for what we need. The shelves aren't deep enough to safely hold taller items without tipping them over the front once we open the pantry door. The same problem also with short heavy items when we close the door as there is no backing on the shelf. Also, the shelves just lie there, if you hit them from below they will fall off with all your items. Definitely don't put jars, cans, or tall containers in there unless you like broken toes or a mess that needs cleaning up. Not safe for children. There is no way to fix this unless you attach your own pad or screw it to the door. We don't want to poke holes in the doors. Good idea, very bad design. To return.
