It's easy to get started, it is very intuitive for new users as well as advanced ones! The support team are extremely helpful when you do have any issues or need some help with how your data should look in reports etc - they will always try their best to understand what exactly we're trying to achieve and give us recommendations/suggestions which fit our needs perfectly! I like that my dashboard gives me an overview of all different metrics such as engagement rate (likes vs comments), reach per page view & time spent viewing each post compared to other posts within groups / pages.

We use this software mainly due its ease-of-use but also because there isn't anything else out there quite similar yet so if people want specific features then maybe others may be worth looking into?
