While the chair is soft and has a high weight capacity on paper, the gas lift broke and started scratching the floor after only a few months of use. My weight (130 kg) is high, although it is within the specified load (up to 180 kg is shown in the description). Even though it's been some months since the purchase, I was provided the seller's contact information after initially contacting the market about the marriage's return. I got in touch with the vendor, provided them a photo, and they said it was a wedding and had a courier pick up the chair and refund my money. The seat itself and the back support were very comfortable for me; it was almost a shame to return and I deliberated for quite some time about whether or not to give the chair another star because of how much I enjoyed sitting in it (though the gas lift scratching the floor did not sit well with me). A metal cross would reinforce the frame of this chair, making it stronger and more reliable under pressure. My initial plan was to replace the gas lift and the cross, but it ended up costing more than the chair itself, so I sent it back. If the seller instead proposed repairing the chair by adding a new gas lift and a cross, I may be persuaded.
