Very good material to neutralize chloramines until the filter works.
I have used this in combination with Aquanova plus and my water doesn't look as dirty or slimy as with Prime and my fish (freshwater) were much calmer with Aquanova plus. This is what I use on my water changes. My faucet is high in ammonia and nitrates due to chloramines. Even my plants looked better (maybe thanks to the new root tabs). Overall I am very satisfied with this product. When shipping fish, fish breeders strongly recommend this material for shipping.
