I have allergies and have been using regular Xlear. I caught a very bad cold and while it worked, after a few days of use it was not helping as much as I hoped. I bought Xclear Max due to the inclusion of Capsicum. I admit the first spray stung my left nostril for a while, but it was already so inflamed and sore, I think that is why.
