Stopped my regular sinus pressure headaches

This stuff is amazing! I recommend using it daily to a few times per week. I do one spray in each nostril and immediately follow with another saline/aloe spray and inhale several times, then blow your nose. It has stopped the sinus pressure headaches I normally got every other week or so.

Remarkable, it works more ways than one.

I used this product for sinuses and found that it not only cleared but it helped my post nasal drip and helped clear my dry cough I woke up with. I know this because I forget to use it one night. PL

Works great good for me

I have terrible allergies and sinus issues. This spray clears my clogged up nose in minutes. It's the only spray I've ever used that's worked.

In Az allergies are really a problem. But this MAX Xlear helps me a lot. I am not coughing on tr sinus drainage all night long.

Instant relief in my review

I was expecting this to burn; however, I felt it didn't, and I felt instant relief from my sinus congestion due to allergy instead. This is much stronger than the regular Xlear. I also read that isn’t work for others. If you are suffering from a sinus infection from the cold, flu, or worst, you should not expect a miracle from Xlear. But I do think Xlear can help relieve the sinuses and assist your body’s natural healing ability to heal itself. I highly recommend that you use Xlear twice a day…

Pump broke for my opinion

Have ordered multiple times and had no problems. This time pump quit working when I was half way through the bottle. Return window is closed.

Definitely works as described

I have allergies and have been using regular Xlear. I caught a very bad cold and while it worked, after a few days of use it was not helping as much as I hoped. I bought Xclear Max due to the inclusion of Capsicum. I admit the first spray stung my left nostril for a while, but it was already so inflamed and sore, I think that is why. It did not matter, this stopped the itching and misery. It truly did help with congestion and "cleaning" stuff out. My only complaint is that I have small hand

Good Stuff!: my feedback

I used to use a similar product called Sinus Buster that was amazing but have been unable to find it anywhere so I decided to try this based on positive reviews. It does burn a little for a few seconds but then provides good relief and helps clear your sinuses and relieve sinus pressure. In addition, I also drink hot water with one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar, raw honey to taste and a dash of cayenne pepper to help thin the mucus and open up sinuses more.

My neighbor recommended this to me as I’ve suffered for years with allergies.I used the item once and immediately felt the relief as my nasal passages began to drain and I could breath again.I’ve tried all sorts for over 40 years so believe me when I say that this stuff is THE BEST 👍👍
