Stopped my regular sinus pressure headaches
This stuff is amazing! I recommend using it daily to a few times per week. I do one spray in each nostril and immediately follow with another saline/aloe spray and inhale several times, then blow your nose. It has stopped the sinus pressure headaches I normally got every other week or so.
