I bought this filter as the first stage of filtration in my orchid laminar room. I also bought an adjustable fan from the same company. I have to say this is a monstrous filter and obviously very quiet. The processing quality is high, replacement filters are included in the scope of delivery. Since the filter and fan are made by the same company, they obviously fit the fan snugly. The only downside was that the diameter of the filter didn't match the height of the fan when placed on a table, which meant I had to lift the filter about an inch to fit it snugly to the fan. If the filter had a stand for this, the filter would also stabilize itself.
