I'll never buy dishes from the grocery network again
In a good network you can't get through to anyone or where you bought it. Kolya, they refer you to the manufacturer. I bought a set of 10 plus an extra pan. It's approved for silicone cookware, but the first time I used it, the pan scratched. Don't waste your money, don't be upset.
