First you need to remove those small strips of black tape on each end. Next open up the ends. Take your time and pull out some of the ridges. Next smooth out the insulation on the the ends by pulling to the outside and flatting it out . Careful with the wire. Put your clamp over the hose. Line up the bottom of hose to your dyer pipe . Then you turn it and push back and forth at the same time. The hose will walk itself on to your pipe. You can’t just push it on . You want that hose over all your pipe. Good Luck
