Superb. Direct Fit. Fantastic feature. Slightly less heavy than the old original GM motor and regulator, but at $50 it's just a little more than a motor at the local sales counter. Wait an hour to remove the door panel and old assembly, install the new one, and reinstall the door panel. You will need a 1/4" drill bit to remove the old rivets and 4 1/4" bolts (3/4" long) with nuts, washers and lock washers to install the Dorman assembly. A good helper to hold the glass and move it up and down really helps the installation. Both the old controller and the new one have sharp edges. So wear long sleeves and cut resistant gloves or you'll be like me, Mr. Cut fingers and wrists etc. All in all the best $50 window motor and regulator I've bought and installed in years.
