Great replacement OEM

Replaced driver's side window regulator in my 02 Blazer. These jobs have never been easy, but they are worth doing yourself rather than paying 350 to a mechanic. This replacement regulator fits well, although I had to trim the door a bit to fit it. These jobs are always tricky, that's not the reason. Tip: Wear gloves so your fingers don't get cut and clogged with grease like my fingers did.

Fitment 2002 Chevy Blazer ZR2

Superb. Direct Fit. Fantastic feature. Slightly less heavy than the old original GM motor and regulator, but at $50 it's just a little more than a motor at the local sales counter. Wait an hour to remove the door panel and old assembly, install the new one, and reinstall the door panel. You will need a 1/4" drill bit to remove the old rivets and 4 1/4" bolts (3/4" long) with nuts, washers and lock washers to install the Dorman assembly. A good helper to hold the glass and move it up and downโ€ฆ
