I love this watch! It's amazingly intuitive when exercising, even if you forget to put it in that mode. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles (or price) that the Apple Watch has, it's a fitness smartwatch, not a entertainment watch. But people confuse the design with the Apple Watch. He has a beautiful look! My wrist is small and a little big but I really like it. You can see texts (but not reply to them) and see and answer incoming calls (if you have Bluetooth). Guided breathing and coaching sessions. Timer (stop and countdown) and alarm clock. Weather including advanced forecasts. Reminders to move when you are off target to reach your goal. calories burned. Miles and of course steps. You can also upload songs to it (I have yet to do that). It's like a powerful motivator on your wrist! I absolutely LOVE this watch! It scratches easily and I would recommend buying a screen protector immediately.
