Review on Safe and Stylish: EASTINEAR Adult Bike Helmet with Visor - Ideal for Urban Commuting and Cycling by Justin Olson

Bicycle helmet suitable for adults Helmets

A typical helmet with a few additional features. It's lightweight and can be adjusted by turning a knob on the back, as well as adjusting the chin strap. Nice minimalist design with good ventilation. It fits well and is snug yet comfortable so it feels very secure. It has small velcro strips/stickers that the removable padding adheres to, but these stickers are easy to peel and tear off, making them easy to lose. Fortunately, there are plenty of these, and any Velcro will work, so replacing them should be easy. At the moment I was in the process of regluing them and I was pressing them all carefully when I first noticed the strips peeling off easily which was the first day. Most of the time they don't come off even if I rip out the filling. Most helmets don't have any extra padding other than styrofoam-like stuff, so I still like padding. It is small and thin so it can be easily hand washed and hung to dry. It also has a rechargeable USB flashlight which is great for early or late cycling when it's dark. The light is red only and has three lighting options: static/constant and then slow and fast flashing. It doesn't need a long press to turn it off. You have to toggle between three lighting settings, with Off being the fourth option. If you lose a track while you have it on, there's no way to know if it's on or off without asking someone or removing it. Light/batteries last a long time. I didn't ride for a couple of months but I rode twice a week with a friend until she went on vacation and then an injury. Now, many months later, the light is still working. Of course it hasn't been used in that time, but it's good to know that it lasts a long time. And since it's micro USB, I already have enough spare charging cables.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
