I like that they can adjust their system to fit our needs as we need them! We are able to do so much with this software because of all its tools. The best part is how it has helped us cut down on time in submitting claims - which was very important for my clinic to save money! There really isn't anything bad about this program or service at all. Would highly recommend anyone who is looking into getting help from a CPA firm through someone else/third party vendor- definitely worth it!! It's saved me tons of hours by doing what used take 5 employees 10+ years to accomplish (medical records). Our office now spends less than 2 minutes per claim processing instead of 15 plus before using other programs and services.
