This set has a good range of sizes, but 1/2 inch could have been left out.

I ordered this set to have #6 and #8 rivets handy in case I need them Different sizes but 1/2" is a bit large. I'm me not sure why you would want to use a 1/2" bolt with rivet nut? I would rather leave them out and have more of the smaller sizes. I tested #10 and 1/4. "And they are well crimped and easy to thread. Nice set to keep handy.
