Here are my tips that will save your life: - Cut a small piece of tape and use it as a base for the end of the whip you want to wind. In other words, stick the sticky side to the sticky side of the little piece. This secures the sticky material and gives you a chance to fight the paper - heat the tape before attempting to peel the paper off. I tried sticking the tape "naked" without paper. It tends to spiral. You have to do that anchoring nonsense when the tape is on the window frame. On the other hand, it's fun to use a hair dryer to get rid of wrinkles.
