Inefficient Piston.
This plunger was designed for use in low flush toilets and was not effective on first use. It turned out to have all the features needed to unclog a low-flush toilet, but failed in 45 minutes. Our civil engineer was able to complete the task in five minutes using a similar, albeit much more efficient, piston.
