Great solution that is user friendly even when you aren't tech savvy
The ability to track appointments, track patients through their medical history and the ability to see where they have been in the process of completing an appointment.
I would like for there to be more reporting options available in the system if we were wanting to do any further reports or analyses. If it has all of those features then great! We are using the product at my work place and everyone loves how easy everything can be done from one website instead of having multiple applications open up to keep data organized.
Pros
- Easy access
- Ability not only log into our own account but also view other physicians' accounts.
- Very user friendly interface with very quick response times when needing support
- Great customer service team that is always helpful whenever needed; )
Cons
- Not many customization capabilities within software itself (it works well enough without)
- Sometimes difficult navigating
