I was very disappointed with the sound quality considering how expensive they are compared to others. I have several headsets but not for conference calls so I bought them. I used Audacity to record my voice at the specified mic frequency for real sound and it was worse than my gaming headset, which is also terrible. The highs have too much bite so people on the other side keep telling me to move the mic away from my mouth and when I do that they complain that they can't hear me. I sent them back and ordered a cheaper set from another brand for $30. and my voice sounds like a professional podcaster. No background noise and clear voices.
